近期，上海华证指数信息服务有限公司（以下简称“华证”）更新了华证ESG评级数据并公布多项榜单。其中，珀莱雅ESG评级获AA级，并荣登“2024年度A股上市公司主要消费行业ESG绩效TOP20（第1名）”及“2024年度A股上市公司ESG卓越表现TOP100（第51名）”。

Recently, Sino-Securities Index Information Service (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Sino-Securities”) updated its ESG rating data and released multiple lists. In particular, Proya has received an “AA” ESG Rating and been recognized as “Top 20 in ESG Performance among A-share Listed Companies in Consumer Staples Sector for 2024 (No. 1)” and “Top 100 in ESG Outstanding Performance among A-share Listed Companies for 2024 (No. 51)”.

华证ESG评级将沪深300指数成分股的ESG表现分为九个等级，从优至次分别为AAA、AA、A、BBB、BB、B、CCC、CC和C。华证ESG评级指标计算定量有据，在借鉴国外主流ESG体系发展经验的基础上，结合国情与资本市场特点，从环境、社会和公司治理三个维度构建了具有中国特色的ESG评级标准。根据华证20240430ESG评级数据，获得AA及以上评级的公司占全部A股的2%左右，珀莱雅获华证ESG评级AA级，在华证一级行业分类-主要消费行业排名第一，GICS三级行业分类-个人护理用品排名第一。

In its ESG ratings, Sino-Securities classifies the ESG performance of constituent stocks of the CSI 300 Index into nine levels, ranging from best to worst: AAA, AA, A, BBB, BB, B, CCC, CC, and C, respectively. The calculation of Sino-Securities ESG rating index is quantitative and well-documented. With reference to the development experience of mainstream foreign ESG systems, Sino-Securities has developed a ESG rating standard with Chinese characteristics from three aspects: environment, society and governance. The standard also considers China’s realities and capital market characteristics. According to the ESG rating data from Sino-Securities as of April 30, 2024, companies with “AA” and above ratings accounted for approximately 2% of all A-share companies. Proya has received an “AA” Rating from Sino-Securities ESG ratings, ranking first among the consumer staples sector under Sino-Securities’ tier 1 sector classification and first among personal care products under GICS’s tier 3 industry classification.
